For the period from 23 to 27 December 2019 Iraq championship for excellent clubs was held which eleven Iraqi clubs participated, and after intense competition between clubs, Khanzad club was able to achieve the third place in the championship after the Etisalat club, which won first place and Peshmarga Club the Second place.  Chess-Results.com
