On 22.08.2013 the famous Georgian coach Giorgi Khomeriki Arrived Erbil for the purpose of open training courses in chess. He was met at Khanzad Chess Club by Mr. (Azad Saber) the President of the Kurdistan Chess Federation and Mr. (Dlazar Hama  Saleh) Chairman of Khanzad Chess Club.
